Forget sitting at Marine Drive to watch crashing waves (we love that, too). Instead, enjoy unparalleled views of the Arabian Sea from your own verandah at SaffronStays Salt Rim on the Beach, a 2-bedroom pet-friendly villa on Korlai Beach in Kashid, Alibaug. Though located 4 hours from Mumbai, you can now shorten your travel time and opt for a RoRo ferry service, which starts from Bhaucha Dhakka, Mumbai to Mandwa, Alibaug. The charming Goan-Portuguese influences in the home are reminiscent of the colonial time. The verandah of this home is where you’ll spend most of your time. Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which is to be paid in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same. Please Note: diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests i.e. INR 600 per hour of usage. - Alibaug experiences load shedding by MSEB every Tuesday, between 9 am - 6 pm, and during monsoon, power cuts may recur throughout the day. We have a for backup power. However, we advice switching off ACs every 3 hours to avoid burnouts. - Pet charges are Rs 500 (+GST) per pet, per day. We request pet-parent to carry food and bedding for own pet Security Deposit 2,500
