Situated in the heart of Fort Cochin, but in a very calm and silent area. No sound or dust polution. In 5 minutes walk you can reach the sea and beach, and also the traditional chinese fishing nets in operation. It is in a heritage zone very close to the Dutch Cemetary and other Dutch and Portugese buildings. Transportation to any place is easier from here.
Our priority is the guests satisfaction always. We are in the field of homestay business since 2003 We look after to the needs of our guests personally. We derive pleasure out of that and hence we interact directly with the guests, once they are with us, and have the expertise to give all types of guidance to them, by ourself
our guests can reach all the spots of tourist attracions at walking distance of 5 minutes to any direction from our hour. Examples are the sea, beach, the Bishop's house, the St.Francis Church, the famous Santa Cruz Basilica Cathedral etc etc are very close by.
