Non resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms). 3. We kindly request guests to refrain from drug, alcohol use. Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted. 4. We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in. 5. Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveller preferences. Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room. 6.Right to admission is reserved. 7. Guests are responsible for any damage except wear and tear and shall maintain room hygiene. 8. Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others. 9. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management. The hostel is pet-friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners. Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.

Please note: Guests travelling to The Hosteller Lansdowne must cross Kotdwar by 10:00 PM, as the forest road closes 11:00 PM–5:00 AM due to wildlife movement and no late-night travel is permitted.
