The hostel is pet friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.

The Hosteller Unbox Café serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit, we promote self-service in all our cafes.

Please note that the café is open 9 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM - 11 PM. Café timings may vary. Please refer to the Glu app for more details.

Visitor times are from 09:00 to 21:00. Non-resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms).

We kindly request guests to refrain from drug and alcohol use. Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted.

We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.

Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveller preferences. Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.

Right to admission is reserved.

Guests are responsible for any damage except wear and tear and shall maintain room hygiene.

Parking is subject to availability.

Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behaviour that disrupts the comfort, safety, or well-being of others.

All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to approval by the property and are subject to availability.

Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.

Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm. If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy. Modifications to the booking are allowed only within 60 minutes of reservation.

No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.
