Waterfront Fjord House is facing the Eyjafjörður fjord and is located in the charming village of Árskógssandur. We offer a Loft (Apartment with 2 bedrooms), a Guest Suite (Deluxe Double Room) & a Studio, all accessed through their own private entrance. Each unit has its own dedicated parking space and unobstructed views of the fjord, the island of Hrisey, the sea and neighbouring mountains. The village offers whale watching tours (check schedule as it closes for winter), the famous Beer Spa, hot tubs facing the fjord and a nice restaurant. The nearest grocery store is in Dalvik, 10 minutes north.
We fell in love with Iceland and decided to move to this little piece of heaven in February 2022. It has been the best decision of our lives. Hosting travellers who love Iceland as much as we do is far more than a lucrative endeavour, it is a pleasure and an honour.
A quiet and peaceful place with views that will make you rethink your relationship with nature!
