Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The house is equipped with a SELF CHECK-IN service, so you can manage your arrival and stay independently. Before arrival you will be sent instructions for arriving at the house and the unlock code for Self check-in so that you can have access to the keys and therefore to the house. In case of need, one of our representatives will always be available. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be carried out by 10 am. At check out, one of our representatives will be present to check the house and collect the tourist taxes. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) The municipality of Castione della Presolana applies a tourist tax of 1.00 EURO per person (up to a maximum of 5 nights). Minors under 14 years of age are exempt from paying the tax. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. However, we ask you to respect the following rules: - animals must NOT climb on the beds, sofas or armchairs - you will be charged an extra cost or asked for a refund for any damage and/or need for extra cleaning if the previous instructions are not respected.

Apartment with mountain views located in a hamlet of Castione della Presolana, one of the centers historically most linked to tourism in Val Seriana. Just 5 minutes walk from the town center and 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes, the accommodation is ideal for lovers of the mountains, skiing and paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. Just 20 km from Lake Iseo, surrounded by natural parks and less than an hour from Bergamo, the apartment has a private garage. Apartment located on the first floor of a typical mountain building, not equipped with a lift. From the entrance you have direct access to the living area, where you will find a sitting area with a sofa, a fireplace and a dining table. From here you access a large terrace equipped with a table and armchairs with a beautiful view of the mountains, to enjoy special moments while admiring the view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: you will find a hob with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, pots, pans and crockery. 4 people can stay in the apartment: you will find two bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with fixtures, bathtub and washing machine, which you can use during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided by us depending on the number of people in the booking and are included in the price. There is no air conditioning. There is currently no Wi-Fi connection. The house is equipped with independent heating with radiators. A private garage is available for your car. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed for a surcharge.

Val Seriana is in fact an alpine valley located in the province of Bergamo: a very characteristic mountain village loved by tourists is the village of Clusone, just 10 km from the accommodation. However, traveling about 30 minutes by car you can reach Lovere or Pisogne, towns on Lake Iseo ideal for a romantic getaway or a family trip. In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the Presolana Pass and the famous Salto degli Sposi, a panoramic point of incredible beauty reachable with a short walk within everyone's reach. Instead, for those looking for relaxation, the famous Boario Spa is about 40 minutes away by car.
