Perla del Prione is a new family-run guest house that garantees attention to detail and the care of the guest.
The guest house is composed by three double bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, kettle, safe-deposit and free Wi-Fi.
Perla del Prione in located into the center of La Spezia, in a strategic position due to its proximity to the central train station and to the tourist port, from which boats leave for the Cinque Terre and other beautiful villages of our coast, such as Tellaro, Lerici, Portovenere and the Palmaria island.
We are available to offer our guests tourist informations, advices and reservations in equipped beaches and in typical local restaurants. In addition, we give you the opportunity to get in touch with environmental guides for the organization of private excursions on our beautiful paths.

Our guest house is located on the third floor of an historical building with a comfortable lift. The entrance to the building is in a pedestrian area and it is 10 minutes walk from the tourist port and the Cruise Terminal and only 5 minutes walk from the central station. We remind you that the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso) are easily reachable by train in just 7 minutes.
The neighborhood is quiet but vibrant with activities such as bars, restaurants and small shops, which make it lively and pleasant. In the neighborhood you will also find the San Giorgio Castle and some museums such as the Amedeo Lia Civic Museum, the CAMeC Museum of Modern Art and the Naval Technical Museum.
In the immediate surroundings there are pharmacies, supermarkets, taxi ranks, bus stops and public pay car parks.
