The accommodation is located on the Giudecca island about 200 meters from the Palanca vaporetto stop. It is in Corte Cordami, it is part of a complex of seventeenth-century houses with their 13 characteristic fireplaces. The house can accommodate 3 guests. It has an independent entrance directly from the field for which you have total autonomy. You enter directly into the living room which is furnished with a single sofa bed and dining area, the fireplace is not functional but is a characteristic element of these homes. The small kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, American coffee machine. The bedroom is double and on request the bed can be transformed into two single beds. The bathroom leads to a small room under the stairs with washing machine and cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaner. It is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. A few meters from the apartment there is a playground, a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office and some restaurants.

The apartment is located in the place where the Corderi worked. The Corte dei Cordami was the place where ships' hawsers were made and twisted in the open. Here you can see a complex of terraced houses in which each family lived independently of the neighbors; large fireplaces draw attention to this architecture which is an example of seventeenth-century traditional Venetian lagoon housing. Giudecca is an island in the historic center of Venice located in front of Piazza S.Marco. It overlooks the homonymous canal. It is a quiet residential area and for this reason it is chosen as a place to live. It has any basic necessities, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacies. The long foundation facing the city offers the opportunity to stroll with a wonderful view. On the opposite side, the one overlooking the Lagoon you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Nearby there is the famous Hotel Cipriani and Harry's Dolci. You can admire the splendid Church of the Redeemer, the work of Palladio, the ancient Church of Santa Eufemia, from the IX century in the Venetian-Byzantine style, and the Molino Stucky.
