Just a ten-minute drive to Carloforte center, and a five-minute walk to the famous La Caletta beach. Known as "La Tartaruga B&B" for 16 years, it has now been passed from mother to son to bring forth a new vision while paying tribute to the family's mother through its name — Alba.
ALBA enjoys a rural setting while providing many modern comforts. These include WIFI, terraces, ensuite bathrooms in each room, private parking, and a stunning garden.
The surrounding nature begs to be explored with beautiful nature walks and trekking paths starting right at your doorstep. The premises lure you to relax and unwind, with various places to let yourself drift away from your daily routines and embrace a natural rhythm.
A homemade organic breakfast can be provided, and many different activities and excursions can be arranged.
A family home for generations and a B&B for many years, ALBA invites you to experience nature, reconnect and recharge, enjoy local foods and culture, explore the surroundings and the island or gaze at the stars and laze in the sun.
ALBA's recent transformation was inspired by son Christopher's many world travels. Together with his mother, Alba, they chose to bring forth this new vision with an updated and reimagined haven for its guests. A place where you can be close to yourself and others or part of a group at the visiting workshop.

In addition to the sea just a 5-minute walk away, from here you can explore the surroundings of the countryside. A beautiful trekking route starts right from the door of the B&B towards long walks and bike rides immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub.
