Stay in a refined environment where elegance and comfort meet, with three units available, we offer a unique experience: two bedrooms plus bathroom in a guest house and an entire apartment perfect for every need.
STANDARD and SUPERIOR rooms, two comfortable rooms furnished with style, ideal for a relaxing break after a trip or a busy day. Our rooms are equipped with free WI-FI connection, SMART TV, bathroom kit, bathroom/room linen, kettle, coffee machine, mini bar.
My name is Cristina and with my company Tosca I have been dealing with holiday rentals for 15 years.
I have managed rentals in Austria (Bad Kleinkrchheim) and now in Italy

Palazzo Tosca located 2 minutes from the A4 motorway exit, is just over 1 km from the airport and the train station, perfect for those who want to explore an area rich in wonderful landscapes that allows you to reach the sea or the mountains in less than 1 hour but not only that, make a simple pit stop with us if you reach the region by plane or train for work or pleasure before continuing your journey.
