Appartamenti la Picchiera is a complex of two apartments located on the ground floor of a historic farmhouse a few kilometers from the center of La Morra. The apartment you are looking at can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has an independent entrance, working kitchen, washing machine and is designed for use by people with limited mobility. It also overlooks a large internal garden with a view of the Langhe. The apartment is new: it was opened in July 2021. The apartment consists of: (1) A bedroom with a double and a single bed (2) A second room where there is the kitchen and the dining area and where the 3rd bed is placed. We use it when there are 4 guests or if guests prefer to stay in two separate rooms (this is NOT a sofa bed but a single regular bed as shown in the photos). (3) Large bathroom with shower and washing machine The garden is common to the property but is for the exclusive use of guests, the host and any other guests of the house, it is completely fenced and overlooks the Langhe as you can see from the photos of the exteriors, all taken from the courtyard of the property.

Years ago together with my wife we bought this splendid country house that we have renovated according to our needs, recently we have renovated the last rooms, obtaining two independent apartments complete with equipped kitchens. All appliances and heating are electric and use photovoltaic panels mounted on the roof, therefore renewable energy. If you wish, we can put you in contact with local wineries for visits and tastings.

The apartments are located in a recently renovated centenary house located in the open countryside surrounded by the vineyards of Nebbiolo for Barolo DOCG. There is the possibility of reaching several renowned wineries in the area or the famous city of 100 towers: Alba. The area is very quiet as the road that runs alongside the farmhouse ends a few tens of meters after our property.
