The 65 m² apartment "Siela" is located just outside St. Ulrich, a well-known village in the beautiful South Tyrol region. Set in a quiet mountain area near the forest, the apartment offers stunning views of the Dolomites. It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite/cable TV. From your private, covered terrace—furnished with sun loungers and a dining table—as well as from the shared garden, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Langkofel and Sella Group. Supermarkets, bakeries, and cafés are just 5 minutes away by car (1.5 km), and a restaurant is only 280 m away (5 minutes on foot). A bus stop is also right next to the building, less than a minute’s walk away. In summer, the region invites you to hike or cycle in the nearby Dolomites or on the famous Seiser Alm and Seceda. In winter, you can explore many great ski areas. Besides Seiser Alm and Seceda, the Sellaronda ski area with modern lifts is 40 minutes by car (22 km) or can be reached directly on skis from Seceda. The area also offers fantastic cross-country trails and toboggan runs. South Tyrol’s beautiful capital, Bolzano, is 45 minutes by car or 40 km southwest of St. Ulrich. Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bread delivery service is offered. The apartment is new and features natural wood and sustainability. A ski storage room is available.
