The 4-star Avenue Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Como city centre, just 500 metres from the shores of Lake Como. It is located in a historical building and offers free Wi-Fi and a colourful and sophisticated design. Perfect examples of modern-style accommodation, rooms at Hotel Avenue feature creative decorations, artistic details on the walls, and state-of-the-art furniture. In-room amenities also include air conditioning and a minibar. Guests can go shopping in the many designer shops in the surrounding area and walk through the ancient streets of the city. A 10-minute walk from Como Station, the property also provides a shuttle service to and from Milan airports or other destinations. Avenue Boutique Hotel has parking spaces, upon reservation, and offers fantastic boat tours for its guests. We regret to inform you that we do not allow animals in our rooms.
