Immerse yourself in the traditions of deep Salento through our COOKING CLASS OF FRESH PASTA, this year all our guests can learn how to make orecchiette, minchiareddi and sagne ncannulate, following the course that will be held at our facility by Mr. RA Luigina.
Making fresh pasta at home is ancient history, in our B & B for some time now has come back to make many homemade recipes and fresh pasta is one of these: use of genuine products and zero km, and the pleasure of creating something for our guests with our hands always in pasta.
