Modern and recently renovated structure with underfloor heating, consisting of 4 double rooms with en-suite bathroom and common area where you have a microwave and coffee machine available, for each night we give a Nespresso capsule and a bottle of water per guest, in each room there is a window, a latest generation TV with Netflix included, a safe, wardrobes with hangers and drawers, in the en-suite bathroom we have a sink, toilet with shower, shower and furniture to place your objects, a good quality hair dryer; obviously towels, sheets and pillows are included. The structure has an internal courtyard that separates the heart of the historic center of Parma with a gate and a door, in fact it is located 1 minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi and 3 minutes walk from the main historical monuments of Parma
