I like good food and even cook, I have a passion for history and the archeololical. I love cooking for my guests, I cook fresh, wholesome foods that I propose with ancient recipes of Puglia. During the closure of Maresol I discover ancient farms that are located in the great forest Umbra and paths not yet reported in normal maps, and then report to my guests to make their holiday unique and unforgettable.

The country Vieste is sitting on a white limestone rock and jutting into the crystal blue sea of the Adriatic for 70 kilometers, so the temperature even on the coldest days does not exceed 15 degrees. Here the temperature constant in the spring-autumn is 22-25 degrees and it almost never rains. The strong fist on the Gargano Peninsula are over 63 beaches with crystal clear sea, with beaches of fine golden sand or small pebbles. A large forest of alpine type is in the heart of Gargano and comes with its forests of pine up on the golden beaches. The whole coast is surrounded by many sea caves. Here the wind and the sea had fun creating games of light sculptures and unique in the world. The small town called Vieste is delicious, small quiet streets, medieval arches, the Romanesque cathedral and the Norman svevo castle, make it enjoyable for artistic itineraries and naturalistic.
