The apartment is located in the heart of the city just a few steps from all the monuments and at the corner of the characteristic Piazza S. Eufemia, a focal point of the city's day and night life. The building is one of the oldest of the center bound as a cultural asset. All of its history is clearly visible on the outside and on the internal stairs, the apartment has been renovated according to the criteria of architectural restoration and green building.
