The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 7 people. On-site amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a dishwasher and a fan. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony. Guests may enjoy a discounted breakfast at Bar del Borgo. A parking space is available on the property. Children are welcome, but please note that there are stairs on the property. We recommend reviewing them before confirming your booking. The property features three ramps for easy access: one at the main entrance, one leading to the master bedroom, and another providing access to the third-floor bedroom. Each ramp consists of approximately 10 steps. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.
