The apartment is located in the center of Iseo and is 65m² on the first floor with lift in a condominium. It has a bedroom, a built-in wardrobe, in the living room there is a sofa bed for one person, and a kitchenette, equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. There's a SmartTV connected to the internet(you'll find the password code on the small white table in front of the couch), a fan, an air conditioner (for the summer) and a boiler. In the bathroom there is a toilet with bidet adapter, a shower with bathtub. There is also an air conditioner, and a fan, and smoking is allowed. You will find the parking at Via Roma number 12

We are independently family-run, we speak English and Italian and we rent our apartment as a tourist management.

Behind the apartment is a pastry shop and bakery. A few steps from the lakeside of Iseo, you can find restaurants, bars or ice cream shops and clothing stores and take long walks and a playground for children near the village hospital. It is also possible to find parapharmacies and pharmacies, there are also tobacconists and supermarkets (including LIDL and Italmark and Conad). The adjoining pools of the Sassabanek are located. Mont'Isola is very beautiful to visit and can be reached by taking the ferry from either Iseo or Sale Marasino. On Tuesdays and Fridays you will find the market in Iseo. The nature of Lake Iseo is wild and at the same time wonderful, together with the long lake it creates the perfect key that surprises all tourists
