The owners' apartment on the ground floor is not to be used by guests but used only as a passageway environment to access the upstairs.

The owners of the apartment, although they do not live in Sinalunga, will often be present in their ground-floor apartment and will personally see to the reception of their guests. Otherwise, one of their delegates will always be present to ensure a warm welcome and a pleasant stay.

Sinalunga is situated in a very advantageous geographical position for exploring southern Tuscany and its beauties. The proximity to Chianti and Val d'Orcia offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in the fascinating Tuscan hills, famous for their vineyards, breathtaking landscapes and picturesque medieval villages. Lake Trasimeno, located nearby, offers a pleasant alternative for relaxing and cooling off during hot days, with opportunities for swimming and water activities. Unfortunately, the area has a limited supply of public transportation, so we advise guests to be self-equipped. This will allow them to independently explore the hidden beauties of our area. Free parking spaces are available in the main square of Sinalunga, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is about one km from the apartment and is connected by a shuttle service from Piazza Garibaldi.
