We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Loredana, Elena and Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

And when it’s time to eat, gather around the large dining table — perfect for long dinners and good conversation. No need to worry about the weather either: the apartment features air conditioning and heating in every room, so you’ll always feel comfortable, no matter the season. And if you’re driving, the private parking space is a real bonus, especially in such a central location. Staying here means you’re right in the heart of Rho, with shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. The train station is also nearby, making it incredibly easy to reach Milan’s city center in just a few minutes. A few days before check-in, guests will receive a link to fill in their ID details, sign a contract with the house rules, and pay the tourist tax (which is not collected by Booking).
