We are a "family" team that manages a dozen apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have gradually grown up. We are always available for our guests but we don't live inside the apartments located. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and so we can reach the various structures for any emergencies usually in about an hour. We are always available for communications via whatsapp, sms, emails or phone calls. The communication way we prefer is the one through whatsapp which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are engaged in our main jobs. About the Check-In In our apartments it is possible to store your luggage from 11.00 am. The apartment will be available from 3.00 pm. Check in closes at 11.00pm About the Check-Out Check out must be done by 10.00 am We do not have the possibility to keep suitcases in the building after check out.

Ca’ Frutariol is a 65 square meters flat with a 22 square meters private court. It is composed of entry hall, double bedroom nr1, double bedroom nr2 with en suite bathroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchenette and private court. The flat is located at the ground floor of a Venetian building and to have access to it you need to climb only two steps. We provide bed linen and bath towels. The flat is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, hair dryer, heating, free internet wi-fi.

The flat is located in Cannaregio, a nice, safe and vibrant sestiere of Venice where you can find everything. Supermarkets are very close to the apartment so you can get very easily all the essentials at your convenience. Grocers, wine sellers, restaurants, osterie, shopping area are very close to the apartment too. The vaporetto is just one minute walk from the apartment so that you can get wherever you want very easily but do not forget to walk as it is the best way to enjoy our beautiful city! Palaces, churches, canals and picturesque squares are waiting for you to be discovered!!
