The villa Ca De Mill is located 5 minutes up the hill from beautiful Mennagio town on lake Como. It is a 4 level house with the private garage at the basement, nice garden, small swimming - pool and a cellar. There are large living room united with dining room, modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment, fire-place, free wi-fi. There are 4 bedrooms (2 of them have their own bathrooms with the shower cabins), one common bathroom with the shower cabin and one common toilet with the sink. 3 of 4 bedrooms have double beds, the last one is so called "kids room" with 2 single beds that however can be united for the stay of the couple. The last bedroom occupies the mansard and has a particular atmosphere. The house was built in 1885, but it was completely renovated in 2016. It has up-to date furniture mixed in with the authentic atmosphere that helps you to enjoy the most your italian holidays. You can feel the atmosphere of a rustic place and at the same time take pleasure in the high standard of comfort. Hello! I am Ksenia, the manager of 2 beautiful villas. I am Russian, born in St. Petersburg, travelled a lot around the world teaching yoga and finally settled for a while here at lake of Como. I am really fond of this activity. I have to deal with people from all over the world, with different cultures and backgrounds and I always try to make every guest feel at home. Being an experienced traveller I know what it takes! Balancing the local rhythm of work, interest of the owners and well-being of the guests sometimes is not easy, yet always challenging and exiting. I am focused on being effective in communication, fast in resolving any problems if such occur, being open and friendly with my guests and on providing the good service for both parties to the mutual benefit. Teaching yoga is my second job and practising it is a life-long hobby. I love writing and photography. I learn french language, but I am not that fluent at it yet. My other hobbies are dancing, snowboarding, freediving and painting. Passionate traveller. Love to cook. Appreciate good wine. Happy mom of 9 y.o daughter

Ca De Mill is great for family vacation or for the group of friends. As for the Como lake - it's simply beautiful, outstanding, absolutely adoring and 100% worth visiting! You can enjoy the luxury bars and restaurants, shopping and parks. You can rent a boat, go to the outnumbered beaches around and just relax. Or you can go hiking in the mountains, cycling up and down the hills, go for windsurfing or kiteboarding. In any case I can guarantee that you will have a great and unforgettable time here.
