Before this experience I have been manager in 3 star hotel in Mestre then a couple of 4 star hotels in Venice island. I always take care of every guest since the beginning of reservation, sending useful information how to get here and a list of events that will happen during then stay. A lot of people come as guests and then they leave as a friend.
