The bright, comfortable and fully furnished accommodation offers garden views, a seasonal outdoor pool and free private parking. The opening of the private swimming pool in the period between September and June is not guaranteed as it depends on the central organisation of the village and not on the host. The apartment is located at 500 m distance from the sea. The air-conditioned apartment provides mosquito nets, washing machine and dishwasher and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included. Free rental of No. 3 bicycles is possible for the duration of the stay. At the arrival, guests will be asked to pay the Tourist Tax in cash/PayPal, in accordance with the regulations issued by the Municipality of Policoro. Any additional guests beyond those included in the initial booking must be notified and are subject to a surcharge.
We offer utmost seriousness and helpfulness to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The Caretta facility is located within the Riva Azzurra village of Policoro (MT) just 500 m from the sea, with supervised, clean and well-organized access.
