Property information
The house (just renovated) is located in a splendid area of Santa Maria Salina (under the main street and in a private position to enjoy the silences of this splendid island to the fullest, without at the same time giving up the elegant typical Aeolian nightlife). The sea can be easily reached via a pedestrian path in less than 3 minutes, about 100 meters away. Just below the house there is equipped access to the sea. The location is also perfect on arrival and departure, being 10 minutes on foot from the hydrofoil of Saint Mary.
The house in splendid Aeolian style is very quiet, has a private Mediterranean garden that can be freely used by guests during their stays, has two terraces with breathtaking views of other islands of the Aeolian archipelago (lipari, panarea, Stromboli).
