Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, EUR 55.00 will be charged (check in fee). Security deposit of EUR 1.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of EUR 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of EUR 3.000 in case of damages. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay.
