老爺爺只在3:30pm-7:30pm 這4個小時當值辦理入住，早上12時前有房務員，其餘時間無職員當值。
早餐在火車站旁的咖啡館，憑早餐券可領一杯咖啡和一個酥皮包。
坐火車到Poggibonsi 只需13分鐘，再坐20分鐘巴士可到San Gimignano ，巴士時刻及巴士票可在火車站內咖啡館查詢及購買。”
