Casa Longhi is an apartment in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The apartment has a free, covered car park 250 meters from the house, about 3 minutes on foot. Furthermore, in case of need, the baggage loading/unloading area is very close, 1 minute on foot. The house is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used in the summer months. Free WiFi is present throughout the entire structure and from December 2024 it is provided via optical fiber with an ultra-fast connection. It is a historic stone house, from the medieval era, from the 1400s, recently completely renovated, maintaining and enhancing the original and valuable characteristics. It is arranged on 2 floors. On the ground floor the spacious room with sofa, armchair, table, TV and the kitchen complete with everything: cooking rings, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, utensils and dishes, toaster, espresso coffee machine. Going up to the first floor, via a beautiful internal iron staircase, you enter the double bedroom where there are wardrobes, TV and a terrace with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. Casa Longhi is located in the heart of the historic center but in a very quiet and peaceful street, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. It is close to everything: you can easily walk (2 minutes) to the central square where you will find bars, restaurants, wine bars, shops and the pier, the place from which motorboats leave for the island of San Giulio. The comfortable and romantic lakeside walks, being very close, can be reached on foot. Even the areas to fully enjoy the lake in the summer, where you can sunbathe, swim, go canoeing/sup/boating or relaxing on a pier are just a stone's throw from Casa Longhi. The Sacro Monte, a famous tourist and religious destination, with a view from above of the lake and the town of Orta, can be reached with a walk, without the need to use the car. Furthermore, the entire surrounding area is full of places to visit and routes for walking or trekking.
