Terre Barocche's detached house is placed in the commercial area of Modica and is surrounded by green areas. In the inner courtyard there is a free car park. It's located in a quiet zone and there are all the essential facilities near the house. The four bedrooms are rather comfortable and well-furnished . The first two bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system. They are both composed of a large double bed provided with a big wardrobe, two bedside-tables, a chest of drawers and a desk. In one of them, there is also a cradle to host children at an early age, if requested. In addition, there are two bedrooms of equal size with two small beds each, a wardrobe, a bedside-table, a desk and a chair. Both of them are equipped with an air-conditioning system. The kitchen is wide and spacious and has a fully-fitted kitchen area, with all the accessories needed for cooking (pots, cutlery, tablecloths, a coffee machine), a table, some chairs, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and a sofa. Moreover, it deals with an air-conditioning system. In the flat you can find two bathrooms and one of them holds the laundry. Among the given facilities, the structure offers a free Wi-Fi service.

Our flat is located in a well-provided area , where you can find many facilities as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a shopping mall, shops of whatever kind and also a hospital situated in a few hundred meters.
