Terre Barocche's detached house is placed in the commercial area of Modica and is surrounded by green areas. In the inner courtyard there is a free car park. It's located in a quiet zone and there are all the essential facilities near the house. The four bedrooms are rather comfortable and well-furnished . The first two bedrooms are equipped with an air-conditioning system. They are both composed of a large double bed provided with a big wardrobe, two bedside-tables, a chest of drawers and a desk. In one of them, there is also a cradle to host children at an early age, if requested. In addition, there are two bedrooms of equal size with two small beds each, a wardrobe, a bedside-table, a desk and a chair. Both of them are equipped with an air-conditioning system. The kitchen is wide and spacious and has a fully-fitted kitchen area, with all the accessories needed for cooking (pots, cutlery, tablecloths, a coffee machine), a table, some chairs, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and a sofa. Moreover, it deals with an air-conditioning system. In the flat you can find two bathrooms and one of them holds the laundry.
Among the given facilities, the structure offers a free Wi-Fi service.
The main principle which marks the host and his team is "Hospitality is holy" so our guests are always welcome to our home. We all believe guests must be helped at any moment and at any situation during the stay.
Our flat is located in a well-provided area , where you can find many facilities as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a shopping mall, shops of whatever kind and also a hospital situated in a few hundred meters.
