Just a stone's throw from the village of Petritoli, in a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by olive and apricot trees, are our luxurious holiday apartments with a large swimming pool.
The apartments are decorated in a contemporary, modern style and offer panoramic views, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, kettle, hob), Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a luxuriously furnished living room.
The bedrooms have comfortable box-spring double beds, bedside tables and, of course, a wardrobe. Each apartment has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and towels.
At the rear of the house is the private 5 x 12 metre swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and with breathtaking views of the typical Italian countryside.

Casafaro is located in Petritoli, a lively medieval village perched on a hilltop in the province of Fermo. The region is Le Marche, one of Italy's best kept secrets, reminiscent of Tuscany but not overrun by tourism.
From Petritoli you can enjoy sweeping views from several points: Val d'Aso to the south, the areas of Fermo and Macerata, the Monti Sibilini and Monte Conero, not to mention the Adriatic Sea.
Petritoli has all the services of an active town, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, bars, bank and post office, museum and theatre. Petritoli is also known as a wedding location!
