All around the villa a wide park completely fenced (metallic net 1,80 high) with a beautiful swimming pool (size 15x8 m., depth 1,00-2,40 m.). The furnishing is nice, comfortable and refined with antiques, and fits perfectly in with the features of the villa, which offer also a well equipped kitchen, air conditioning and solar panels. Villa set on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside. FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with sofa, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. ANNEX: large living room with billiard table and fireplace, bathroom with shower. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

At the gates of the green and wooden Casentino Valley, north of Arezzo, you find the beautiful villa with private pool Casale Lorenzo. 3 km away you find the village of Subbiano endowed with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, then 15 km further the city of Arezzo interesting also for shopping and night life.
