Large and bright four-room apartment in Rapallo, full of comfort, ideal for stays with the whole family or a small group of friends. The accommodation, of large size and with triple exposure, consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and balcony, a living room with sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV and livable balcony, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher plus a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. The holiday home is also perfect for business stays, thanks to the three separate bedrooms and high-speed WiFi connection. The apartment is located on the third floor with lift of a building that has unassigned and limited condominium parking spaces.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, a few steps from the funicular that leads to the sanctuary of Montallegro, from which you can enjoy a splendid view over the entire Gulf of Tigullio. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the beautiful Rapallo promenade, with its restaurants, equipped beaches, shops in the historic center and the railway station.
Rapallo is a lively resort that boasts an important tourist port, an internationally renowned golf course and a strategic position to reach other pearls of the Levant such as Portofino and Camogli, or Genoa itself - just 40 minutes away - with its suggestive alleys and the most important aquarium in Europe.
