The house, which has just been renovated, has modern lines that enhance the particular structure with the central shaft equipped with three large windows on the roof that flood the three floors of the building with light. A breakfast room with a large buffet will welcome you in the morning, directly overlooking Corso Cavour, the most popular street for Aronese and tourists for shopping. The lake, 20 meters from us, is undoubtedly the protagonist of the area with its views and offers for excursions. Given the proximity to the main nightlife venues, we have equipped all the windows with triple glazing and noise reduction to ensure the rest of our guests. We are in a limited traffic area, we do not have a private parking but we give a coupon to park for free in the blue striped parking lots of Arona. The coupon does not give access to the limited traffic area.
Good morning, I'm Debora and, together with my husband Cristian and little Riccardo, we will welcome you to our home. Born here in Arona and in love with the place and the lake. Here I worked for 20 years in hotels in the area, before I managed to find the right place to realize my dream of opening a guest house.
I love walking under the wisteria of the lakefront (right here in front of us) especially early in the morning when the city is still sleeping, the colors of dawn give unique emotions.
We are in the historic center of Arona, in the limited traffic area, where there are various choices between restaurants, shops and bars both for aperitifs and for the more famous MOVIDA WITH MUSIC.
The pharmacy is 20 meters from the guest house.
