This mansard is ideal for a couple, but has also a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate another person or other 2 children. The dining room provides seating for 4 people. There is one bathroom with a shower, basin, water and bidet. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the town centre of this lovely south coast. The apartment is on the second floor. It has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want when you are away from home. There is a huge flat screen TV in the comfortable lounge, supplied with Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Other docks are located on the right bank of the river Garigliano. Mother Nature has not forgotten anything to make this city and its surroundings so unique and comfortable: majestic mountains for hikers; a regional park (Riviera di Ulisse) with lots of important environmental features; many camping areas; and spas, a short distance (Suio Terme), appreciated and frequented by the Romans. From Scauri you can reach Gaeta, the largest city in the area that gives its name to the gulf (15 minutes); the magic Sperlonga, the white town above the sea (25 minutes); the abbey, famous in the world of Monte Cassino (30 minutes); the Royal Palace of Caserta (Royal Palace of Caserta) (30 min.)
