The house of Cià Evelina, is our family home, spread over one floor. Its position is extraordinary and it is located exactly in the center of the town. The entrance with kitchen and living room in a single open space, the shabby art furniture make the room warm and very welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas cooker, microwave and coffee maker. The living area with two 2-seater sofas, a 6-seater table and air conditioning complete the configuration making it comfortable for your stay. A small staircase leads to the mezzanine where you will find the first double bedroom, a unique and particular environment with an artistic touch in typical Sardinian style. The bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer and shower is very nice and extremely functional. A small corridor separates the main double bedroom from a bedroom with a double sofa bed. Again, the space in the cupboards is sufficient for long stays. The master bedroom was created by recovering and giving new life to the old furniture of the 50s of the house. A house that allows you to savor stories of other times !!

I have lived in this house since I was born, it is my family home that today I want to share with guests who decide to visit our fantastic land. I decided to renovate the house without upsetting it, trying to make it comfortable and welcoming, trying to keep its history intact. Rita accompanies me on this experience and it is she who takes care of the hospitality and management of the house .... I could not rely on a more capable, helpful and expert person!

It is difficult in two words to describe the services of the neighborhood. The house is in the historic center of the town. Just 200 meters from the apartment you will find the seafront with its promenade, its clubs, the marina with its boats and a breathtaking environment. Restaurants, bars, shops and parking are practically just outside the door. The parking lot in piazzale Pertini, 50 meters from the house, has a capacity of several hundred vehicles and is free, the only trick, on Monday night look for an alternative parking as Tuesday morning is a local market day in the same parking area. . Separate collection in Sant'Antioco is very careful, which is why I invite my guests to pay attention and follow the instructions that you will find inside the premises for proper disposal.
