A small, wild and authentic bay The beach is a tiny, wild and unspoiled bay. There are no sunbeds or umbrellas – here you enjoy the sun directly on the rocks, surrounded by silence and natural beauty. Personally, I love it: the sandy entrance to the sea is easy and comfortable, perfect even for children who can play and build sandcastles. That said, space is very limited: there’s simply no room to lay down towels or set up umbrellas. It’s a place with raw, natural charm. I find the driftwood on the shore evocative and poetic, though some might see it as untidy. This is the exact opposite of a beach resort: no crowds, no rows of umbrellas, no assigned spots. Just the sea, free to be itself — and you can be too. The water is crystal-clear, with stunning colors, thanks to the mix of sand and rocks. 💦 Please note: Swimming caps are required in the pool, according to house rules. The pool is open from June 1st to September 10th, every day except Wednesday, which is the lifeguard’s day off. 🚧 Beach access – Summer 2025 For full transparency: access to the sea is fully functional but not yet aesthetically finished. It involves a 5-meter stretch currently under maintenance – practical and safe, but not the most beautiful. We are waiting for local authorizations and expect everything to be completed in 2026.

Our house is an oasis of peace, let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves and wake up to the song of the seagulls. Leave your children free on the beach or by the pool, there is no danger! If you want an aperitif then don't worry about having to move the car to go to the village, on your return you will park in your private parking space (parking in Liguria is a nightmare :-)) the car is recommended as the house is 1 km from the town center, directly on the sea in the countryside. The complex is called Conca verde which literally translated means green bay: the name already lets you understand in what paradise you will be staying
