The apartment is housed in an 18th century house. The rooms retain the rural character of the Franciacorta farmhouses while being equipped with every comfort.
Kitchen with fridge, sink, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishes, table with chairs. 32 "TV, hair dryer and iron, soap. Bed linen and towels. Fire extinguisher, first aid kit. Protection of electric sockets for children.

My property is located in a central but quiet location. The access road is used only by residents so the apartment enjoys an atmosphere of absolute tranquility and silence. Convenient to services. Supermarket, ATM, restaurants, reachable on foot in a few minutes.
