The colours of the sea and its white sand dunes make this corner of Sardinia unique, where nature and history merge into a single soul that takes the name of this new experience: Cuore di Sardegna (Heart of Sardinia). From the sunbathing area, we can admire the magnificent Baia dei Tramonti with its 24 km of beach starting from one of the oldest villages in Sardinia, Castelsardo, all the way to Isola Rossa. The house is located 600 metres from the beach and is in strictly Sardinian style: the colours of the walls and the handcrafted furniture make it a very cosy home and ideal for spending your holidays with your family or friends, as it consists of two double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) and a master bathroom. There is also a kitchen equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a microwave, oven, fridge and induction hob. And finally a living room with a table for six and a double sofa bed. All this is accompanied by a veranda where it is possible to dine outside and enjoy the beautiful garden equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue station. In addition, you will find 4 bikes, an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, WI-FI, air conditioning, a parking space and a PRIVATE BEACH from June to early OCTOBER. Valledoria is a charming town located in the centre of the Gulf of Asinara. It is lively all year round, but especially in the period from April to October, with several events taking place in the Anglona area, from folk festivals held in nearby towns to events that attract people from all over Sardinia. Moreover, thanks to its location, it makes it possible to reach any place in northern Sardinia, from the renowned Pelosa beach, to the beautiful Alghero with its alleys and narrow streets, and finally the Maddalena archipelago with its islands and water that make it a unique place in the world.

This detached villa is located in an area of natural and historical interest, just a few kilometres from Castelsardo, one of the most beautiful villages in Sardinia. The villa is located just 600 metres from the white sand dune beach, and our guests are offered a private beach service with a sun umbrella and two sun beds, from June to early October. Guests will always find four bicycles available for beautiful rides through the pine forest or to visit other beaches in the area. In addition, starting in June there is a shuttle service to other beaches in the area available in the immediate vicinity. The location of the villa is ideal for visiting the whole of North Sardinia, as it is in the centre of the Gulf of Asinara and makes it possible to reach the whole of North Sardinia as far as Alghero and the Gulf of La Maddalena
