Typical Sicilian dammuso from the end of the 19th century. Renovated in a modern key, it retains the vaulted roofs almost 5 meters high, very cool and airy, it is equipped with independent heating, powerful air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Furthermore, it obtains all the electricity from the solar panels, placed on the pergolas of the two terraces, qualifying it as a SUPER GREEN house with zero impact on the environment.
It has two bedrooms, one double upstairs and one twin on the ground floor, as well as a sofa bed for 1 and a half square. It has two bathrooms with shower and a kitchenette.
