From the balcony, you can admire a breathtaking view of the lake, the picturesque Gulf of Venus, the surrounding mountains, and the gracefull and elagant dance of swallow, a perfect setting to unwind and relax.
The apartment includes a private parking space and is ideally located just 5 minutes walk from Tremezzo and the renowned Teresio Olivelli (Meyer) Park and beach area.
