HOUSE RULES: Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, EUR 55.00 will be charged (check in fee). Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is eur100.00. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur70.00. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Dimora Arcadia, is organized on several floors reachable through flights of stairs, as well as the typical houses of the area. As soon as you cross the threshold, you find yourself in a welcoming entrance from which you can reach a small living room with a barrel vault. On the next floor, you immediately arrive in the dining area with a table and chairs, from here you arrive in a second sitting room with two sofas and a large window. The second floor is characterized by the presence of two double bedrooms: one more intimate and cozy, the other radiated by white light. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, where we find the stone that characterizes the whole house even in the cladding and in the important sink with a classic taste. Even at this level a bright sitting area. On the third floor there is the children's room and a bathroom, through a spiral staircase you can reach the top floor. On the top floor we immediately find a kitchen, with oven, hob and pantry, perfect for preparing meals to be enjoyed on the two adjacent terraces, dominated by a splendid sea view.
