Dimora Palazzo delle Gabette takes its name from a recently renovated historic 18th century building. It is located in the southern area of the Medieval Castle of Pavia, a few steps from the historic and famous University, among the oldest and most prestigious in Europe.
Inside the Palace is located the prestigious apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi, air-conditioned and composed of a large bedroom (with digital TV corner), kitchen equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, of Nespresso coffee), dressing room with washing machine and dryer available to guests and a large bathroom.
The apartment is located in the historic center about 200 meters away. from the Duomo, Piazza della Vittoria, the Visconti Castle and a few steps from the Covered Bridge overlooking the Ticino river.
In the historic center you can walk following the call of the Towers (in the Middle Ages there were around 100) along the shopping streets.
The area is frequented by many young people and is surrounded by bistros, restaurants, bars and shops, ideal for those who want to discover and experience Pavia and its surroundings.
From Pavia it is possible to reach the Certosa di Pavia monastery as well as Milan, which is only 40 km away, using trains and buses.
Pavia, land of rice and rivers, is a jewel of art, nature and gastronomy.
