Hotel Dimorae Rooms and Suites - Apartments offers air-conditioned accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout. This design hotel is set on the Piermanni seaside promenade in Civitanova Marche, free parking is available in the surroundings. With a modern and elegant décor, all rooms at the Dimorae are soundproofed. They feature a private bathroom with shower, a 32-inch LED TV, and tiled floors. Some of the rooms also come with a fully equipped kitchenette. Located 600 metres from the property is the train station, connecting the city to Ancona and Macerata. The Shrine of the Holy House in Loreto is only a 20-minute drive away. Bus links to Rome, Naples and Florence are available 1.5 km away. For the accommodations Premium Apartment and Wellness Apartment, we must communicate that there is a supplement for final cleaning for stays of 3 nights or more of € 60,00.

The private on-site parking is covered. Parking spaces are limited and therefore subject to availability.
APARTMENTS: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Starting from 4 nights, the cleaning of the apartment with the change of towels and linen is required every 3 days, at the cost of € 20,00 each.
When booking a room with kitchenette, please note that use of the kitchenette implies a weekly and a final cleaning fee (€ 15.00 at the end of the stay for stays up to 3 days;
€ 30.00 every 7 days and at the end of the stay), which is compulsory and should be paid extra at the hotel.
