The house has independent access and is located in a strategic position between the delightful village of Bolsena, the beaches and the tourist port. You can reach everything on foot. From the house you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and the Monaldeschi castle. You cross the garden, furnished with care and habitable, you go up to the first level composed of a living room with sofa bed and a very well equipped Stosa kitchenette for preparing any meal, bathroom with large shower cubicle, spacious double bedroom and small bedroom with queen-size bed French. Habitable and furnished balcony for outdoor dining on summer days. In front of the house there is a small park with gym equipment. For a relaxing holiday by the lake or, throughout the year, as a starting point for a multitude of tourist, food and wine, spa and archaeological itineraries between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. Bolsena, land of the Etruscans, is in an ideal position for visiting Rome, Tuscany and Umbria. For those who would like to have bicycles available during their stay, we can provide men's and women's city bikes for a fee. Ask the host at check-in.

Lake Bolsena, the largest volcanic lake in Europe and the fifth largest lake in Italy area. Its wonderful water such as the lovely view and the beautiful surrounding region attract many tourists. The villages faced to the lake are pretty small medieval center full of tradition and history. It is worthwhile visiting them during your stay in this region: Capodimonte for ist beautiful beach, Montefiascone for the Dom of S.Margherita, Marta for the fishermen’s village, Bolsena well known for thr miracle of Santa Cristina. Gradoli and San Lorenzo….all little jewels. In spite of this the real treasures of the lake are the two islands: Bisentina and Martana. The first one with many churches and Italian gardens, the second one is the wildest…you have to take a tour by boat. The local food in this area is also excellent and especially local wine is well known since long time (The Est! Est!! Est!!! Of Montefiascone, Aleatico from Gradoli) you can also practice many sports or doing a peaceful walk and visiting interesting towns as Viterbo, Orvieto and Civita of Bagnoregio, all nearby. Bolsena Lake has a considerable archeological value due to its Etruscan origins.
