It features a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with a French double bed (140x200), a modern bathroom with large shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and air conditioning in every room.
Strategic location: just 10 minutes from Cagliari-Elmas Airport and 15 minutes from the city center. The most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia (Poetto, Chia, Nora) are easily reachable by car.
