Il Feudo Frammasi was once an autonomous rural hamlet, and today it is a unique place of relaxation thanks to its authenticity. The Bracchio house, made of dry stone walls and consisting of a "pajara" and a "liama"—typical Salento constructions dating back to the early 1600s—was once the shelter of farmers. The original tower that overlooks it, during the time of pirates, transmitted danger and invasion signals from the coastal towers to the inland; today it serves as an observatory of the sky and the sea.

Feudo Frammasi is an "enclave" between the municipalities of Salve and Morciano di Leuca, on the Ionian side of the lower Salento, in the province of Lecce. It is surrounded by an acre of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, protected by dry stone walls and prickly pears, and situated on a hill with a sea view, just over two kilometers away. In a few minutes, you can reach the marina of Torre Vado and the beach of Pescoluse, the pride of lower Salento and a “Blue Flag” beach by the FEE since 2009. Since 2013, Pescoluse has also been awarded the “Green Flag” and is listed among the best beaches for children, thanks to its shallow waters, clear and clean sea, and fine golden sand, ideal for building towers and castles.
