The space Position: at about 50 meters from the main center of Ischia Porto and at about 30 meters from the sea and the beaches. A lovely park is just in front of the villa, which is also situated in a very quiet area, where there's no traffic during most of the day and evening. The apartment is in very good condition, it consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 have ensuite bathrooms and one has an attached terrace with sea view. There is a third extra bathroom. The kitchen is very large, fully equipped ( also microwave and coffee machine), and a large solarium terrace is attached to it. The terrace faces the property owners swimming pool and is surrounded by green. Guest access All the rooms of the apartment are available to the guests.

The apartment is located close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. Everything is in walking distance, ensuring your stay on the island of Ischia is as stress free as possible. For those who wish to explore the Island there is public transportation nearby, and also car/bike rental providers in close proximity. Guests with their own vehicle can enjoy the free parking provided on site, as the appartment is very central it's located in a limited traffic zone and for this reason you won't be able to access the area by car at all times.
