In the countryside, just at 7 km from Florence downtown, my villa can be the starting point to visit Florence artistic treasures and discover the beauties of Tuscany region, while it is an enjoyable an peaceful refuge to relax at the end of the day.
My name is Alexandra Isabel and I am 33 years old, living in Milan.
I graduated from the Milan IED Institute in Communication.
I consider myself pretty much extroverted and open-minded, I enjoy being around people especially from other countries and cultures. and giving them recommendations on restaurants, sights and places, as I believe that a good host can make a big difference in someone’s trip’s experience.
Florence downtown is easily accessible from the villa either by car (i.e. it takes 10mn driving to get to Florence Central Station) or by bus N° 25 (i.e. it takes approx. 15mn to get from the bus stop, in front of the Villa entry, to Piazza San Marco, which is 5mn walking from the Cathedral).
Continuing along Via Bolognese towards the north, you enter Mugello, dotted with villas and castles once belonging to the Medici family, with characteristic villages to be discovered and Roman and Etruscan archaeological sites. The area is also full of trails to explore on foot, by bike or on horseback, and offers many other outdoor activities such as sport fishing or bathing at Lake Bilancino.
